  3. Year 3 at the Beaney

    Friday 27 May

    Children from year 3 enjoyed a trip to the Beaney Museum in Canterbury to learn all about Ancient Egypt.

    They took part in a workshop in the learning lab on mummification. This involved one of the children dressing up as the Pharoah and making unpopular decisions when ruling Egypt. The Pharoah was then ‘assassinated’ and ‘mummified’ by a group of volunteer embalmers!

  4. Mosque Trip

    Friday 13 May

    Children from year 5, year 6 and Safari Class have all enjoyed a trip to Canterbury Mosque at the University of Kent over the last two Fridays.

    They went on the trip to support their learning about Islam next term and spent a very enjoyable morning finding out about the mosque and the religion.

  6. A Day at the Beach

    Children from Butterfly Class enjoyed ’a day at the beach’ during their Forest School session this week.
