Children from Panda and Orangutan Class welcomed their parents into school on Wednesday afternoon to join them for a robot making workshop!
Everyone had great fun and made some fabulous robot models.
The children particularly enjoyed working with their parents and sharing the creative experience.
Willow reported that she felt really joyful making her robot with Mum. She said, “We made a baby one to go in the robot’s tummy”!
Seth was excited to tell us, “I made an indestructible robot—it didn’t break when I dropped it” and Ahmed said, “it was good because we were sharing things and helping each other”. The children really enjoyed decorating their robots and Olivia said, “my Mum and I worked very hard on this robot. We put lots of decorations on it” whilst Ahmed reported that, “I painted my robot like a rainbow”.
It was a really fun afternoon and we would like to thank all those parents who came along and took part.
We hope you enjoyed sharing this special time with your children!
