  2. Crisp Packet Collection

    Friday 17 January

    We would like to thank everyone who has been collecting and bringing their empty crisp packets into school to help support the Kent Air Ambulance Trust. We have now collected lots of these packets in school and this week Safari Class helped Mrs Pellant to gather them all together!   3. PE Kits

    Friday 17 January

    Please may we remind parents that children should have PE kits in school with them at ALL times. We have already had several children this term who have not been able to take part in their class PE lessons due to not having the right equipment in school with them.   4. Breakfast at King's

    Friday 17 January

    Our year 6 pupils were invited to breakfast at King’s School on Wednesday this week (15th January), as part of our ongoing relationship and collaboration with King’s. The children were treated to a selection of food including a traditional fried breakfast, pastries, cereals, fruit and hot chocolate! They all had a wonderful time and came back to school feeling very full!

  5. Christmas Prayer and Reflection Day

    Friday 13 December

    We held our Christmas Prayer and Reflection day on Wednesday this week. The day started with us welcoming Archdeacon Jo to school who led our morning worship and gave us a special Christmas blessing.

  6. Christmas Celebrations at St John's

    Friday 13 December

    Our Reception Classes gave their Christmas performance to parents and family members last Friday. It was a lovely version of the traditional Nativity play and we have been reliably informed that it was "The best nativity yet"!

  7. Key Stage 1 Christmas Performance

    Friday 13 December

    The whole school was treated to a viewing of the Key Stage 1 Christmas performance on Wednesday this week. The children performed to the whole school in our morning worship session and then repeated the performance for friends and family in the afternoon.
