  2. Year 6 Visit Science Jamboree

    Friday 14 June

    Year 6 enjoyed a morning at Discovery Park, Sandwich on Wednesday this week (12th June). They took part in a range of scientific experiments from optical illusions and static electricity​ to rocket making and liquid density testing.

  3. Flower Beds

    Friday 14 June

    Please may we ask all parents and carers to remind their children not to walk over the flower beds outside our main entrance.

    This area has been planted with a mixture of flowers and shrubs which we are hoping will grow and provide an attractive feature at the front of our school. This will not happen if it is trampled by children’s feet!

  4. Fun in the Rain!

    Most of us may be fed up with the amount of rain we have seen so far this term but not our Nursery children!

  5. Attendance

    Friday 14 June

    As parents will be aware we take attendance very seriously at St John’s. All children at school are expected to achieve an attendance of at least 96.86% per year, this allows for up to 5 days absence per year for illness and other authorised purposes (this is in line with government guidelines).
